3. Intellectual Property
All design layouts, brand copy, custom code, graphics, and video production sequences showcased on this site are the exclusive property of Bayonka Production or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any assets without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bayonka Production will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, patients, or data) arising from the use of our digital platforms, ad campaigns, or marketing consultations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of court circles in Dibrugarh, Assam.
